Public Notice - Proposed Zoning Bylaw Amendment

 

Public notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 207 of The Planning and Development Act, 2007 that the Council of the RM of Prince Albert intends to pass a bylaw to amend the RM of Prince Albert Zoning Bylaw, No. 3 of 2010.

 

The purpose of the amendment is to allow and regulate the use of shipping containers within the municipality.

 

Council will consider written or verbal submissions regarding the proposed amendment at its meeting on Thursday, September 11, 2025, at 1:00 p.m.
