Municipal Hail Insurance Deadline

DEADLINE - MARCH 31, 2026 

Withdrawal of Land from the Operations of Municipal Hail Insurance   

Owners of land may withdraw all, but not part, of their cultivated land from the operations of The Municipal Hail Insurance Act by filing a withdrawal application with the Association on or before March 31st in any year.  A withdrawal should be filed by an owner covering lands used for haying and grazing purposes, even though the cultivated land remains assessed for Municipal Hail insurance purposes.
