Burning Permits are required between April 1 and October 31.
If you rent the land, the landowner needs to provide written consent to the RM office.
If you burn within 4.5 km's of a provincial forest, you require a burning permit from the RM office and will need to obtain a SERM permit from the Wildlife Management Forest Protection at 306-953-3422.
