The RM of Prince Albert uses two Fire Departments to provide fire protection in the RM:
City of Prince Albert Fire Department
The City of Prince Albert Fire Department provides fire suppression, rescue, extrication, and dangerous goods services to the northern area of the Rural Municipality of Prince Albert No. 461.
In the event of a fire, accident, or any other emergency, call 911.

St. Louis Fire Department
The St. Louis Fire Department provides fire suppression, rescue, extrication, and dangerous goods services to the southern area of the Rural Municipality of Prince Albert No. 461.
