The Rural Municipality of Prince Albert is now accepting applications for 2–3 community members to serve on the Economic Development Committee.

About the Committee
The Economic Development Committee has been established to support growth, investment, and business development within the Rural Municipality of Prince Albert No. 461. Acting in an advisory capacity to Council and Administration, the Committee provides community insight and strategic recommendations to help shape economic development priorities and guide the Municipal Strategic Plan.
The committee will be composed of:
- 3 Council representatives
- 1 advisory representative
- 2-3 community representatives
- Economic Development Officer
- Chief Administrative Officer
- Director of Planning & Development
Meetings will take place approximately 4 - 5 times per year, or as required.
Members serving on the Committee will receive remuneration as members at large, in accordance with the annual remuneration resolution established by Council.
Who Should Apply
We are seeking individuals who are:
- Residents, business owners, or operators within the RM of Prince Albert
- Interested in supporting local economic development and community growth
- Willing to contribute ideas, feedback, and community perspectives
