NO BURNS ARE ALLOWED DURING A FIRE BAN.

From April 1st to October 31st of each year, you require a Burning Permit through the RM Municipal Centre, adhering to fire bans when they are in effect under the authority of the Fire Management Bylaw.

A one-time permit is required for barbeques, fire pits, and burning barrels. Controlled burns require an annual permit application.

Controlled burn permits are valid for a maximum duration of one week. However, permit holders may contact the Municipal Centre to request an extension for an additional week throughout the year.

Burning permits can be found under the Permits and Forms page.
