Municipal Payment Options
The Municipal Centre accepts the following payment methods:
- Cash
- Cheque
- Debit
- Pre-Authorized Debit
- E-Transfers sent to payments@rmprincealbert.ca
- Bank Draft

OptionPay
The Rural Municipality of Prince Albert No. 461 accepts payment by VISA or MasterCard through our third-party processor, OptionPay.
For a nominal processing fee you can make credit card payments through the Online Bill Payment page, or at the Municipal Centre. All processing fees are charged by OptionPay and are not received by the Municipality.
The following bill types for our Municipality can be paid through OptionPay:
- Accounts Receivable (invoice)
- Development
- Permits
- Property Taxes
- Violation Fees
All payments will be processed by the Municipality within 48 business hours. Please ensure you allow for this processing time when making your payment.
