Public Notice - Updated Zoning Bylaw

Public notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 207 of The Planning and Development Act, 2007 that the Council of the RM of Prince Albert No. 461 intends to pass Zoning Bylaw No. 17 of 2025 - to replace and update Zoning Bylaw No. 3 of 2010.

 

The proposed bylaw may be inspected by any interested person at the Municipal Office on any judicial day between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm. Copies of the proposed bylaw are available from the office at a cost of 25 cents per black and white page.

 

A Town Hall meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm, to provide information and gather input.
