 Complaints

Bylaw Complaint Forms and all Supporting Documents are to be sent to Rochelle Neff, CAO via email cao@rmprincealbert.ca

When sending a complaint, please provide as much detail as possible. Include all relevant information, photos and videos to support your concern.

All personal information, including names, is kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed.

Once the office receives your complaint form and supporting documents, Administration will direct the concern to the appropriate department.

 

If there is an emergency, please direct your call to the local authorities.
